Sant’Anna School is grieving after Antonio Megalizzi – Italian journalist for the Europhonica radio university consortium covering the European Parliament sessions - was killed in the Strasbourg terrorist attack.

The whole School community sent heartfelt condolences to Federica Megalizzi upon the passing of her brother Antonio. Federica, a former student of the joint Master’s program in Security Studies at the University of Trento, remembered as Antonio was deeply committed to the values of unity, peace, and security in the European Union. The same values, with a commitment to diversity and tolerance, shared by the students of Sant’Anna School.

The challenge today is to promote social progress and integration while mourning the loss of a young European citizen. Sant'Anna School has already set out objectives and initiatives that can have a real impact on inclusion, for advancing the causes of peace and democracy and contribute to celebrating the life of Antonio Megalizzi.
